Online pre-sales have ended for the house tour, but you can buy tickets at the check-in tent both days of the tour. Check-in for the tour is at the intersection of Grand Ave., Longfellow Blvd. and Hawthorne Blvd located at 3521 Hawthorne Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63104.

Come tour one of the oldest and best neighborhoods in the city of St. Louis! It was nationally listed as one of the best Old House Neighborhoods of 2011 by "This Old House Magazine"! The event will include many homes that have not recently been on public tour as well as the first floor and the bowling alley of the incomparable Magic Chef Mansion. The event will also feature a beer tasting garden featuring local beer, live music (Saturday and Sunday, 1-4), and local food vendors.

This is a self-guided walking tour. We recommend giving yourself two hours from when you arrive to fully enjoy the tour and Biergarten. There are no slotted start times. Arrive at your convenience.

For an additional $5 charge a cell phone-based audio tour may be purchased which will include extra information on the homes open for touring, and architectural and historical information on an additional 12 houses which will not be open to the public (25 houses in all!). With the audio tour, this is one of the largest house tours we have ever had! The walking audio tour will highlight many architectural features from homes built in the late 1800's to early 1900's.

Free shuttle transportation will be provided between homes for those that would prefer it. Check-in for the tour is at the intersection of Grand Ave., Longfellow Blvd. and Hawthorne Blvd at 3521 Hawthorne Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63104.

Save $5 by buying your tickets in advance! Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 the days of the tour. The audio tour is an additional $5 and can be purchased in advance or the days of the tour.
