Join Chef Adam for this hands-on workshop where you'll learn to make delicious tamales right in your own kitchen. We will start by making homemade organic masa, and then we'll prepare and enjoy red chili chicken tamales; green chili and pepper jack cheese tamales; fire-roasted salsa, and avocado crema.
Instructor: Adam G. Lovelace
This is a hands-on class. Students will enjoy a generous taste of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.

Parking is available on the first level of the parking garage at 28th & S streets. After 6pm all levels of the garage are available.
