Hi Guys

I am doing a pop-up event at the fantastic Papercup Glasgow

For those who don't know about me

I came to Bridgeview Station with a wealth of experience having worked under Tony Heath (Lets Eat) and latter Willie Dean before moving on to 2AA Opus One Restaurant in Perth were i was head chef for 3 Years maintaining the restaurants 2AA accolades.

My accolades are;
2016 Scottish Hospitality Awards Central Causal Dining Restaurant of the Year
2015/2016 Taste the Best Award from Visit Scotland
2014 Medaille d'Argent Winner
2013 Rising Star Young Chef of the Year
2013 Best Fine Dining Restaurant in Scotland

The menu for the event is all based on coffee.

It shows how versatile coffee can be with food.
