Yoga has many health benefits including building physical strength and flexibility, decreasing back pain and increasing flexibility and helping to reduce the mental stress of everyday life. We are pleased to be able to offer Prenatal Yoga specific for your changing mind and body during pregnancy. This tailored class is open to both new and seasoned Yogi Moms. The focus of each class will be on connecting to yourself and your baby, breathing techniques, meditation, and gentle movements. Each class will be 60 minutes long and essential oils will be available if you choose to have them incorporated into your practice. |
