Learn how to mix up your favorite whiskey cocktails like the pros with this two hour, hands-on introduction to American Whiskey history and production. Attendees will learn how to measure, shake, stir and pour drinks at their own individual work stations. Each attendee will have the opportunity to make and enjoy three cocktails, all while learning a brief history of the drinks being made and the styles of American Whiskey being used. Taught by one of the country's leading cocktail professionals, and owner of Polite Provisions, Erick Castro. All tools and ingredients will be provided. Attendees must be 21 years of age.
