Chef Jason Harris is coming to Kraken Congee in Seattle's Pioneer Square, and he's bringing his recipe for Adobo Ramen. Inspired by the Filipino dish, Pork Adobo, this style of Ramen is made with a heavy pork broth seasoned with bay leaf, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and black pepper. A version of Adobo Ramen was served at Bloom, a now closed restaurant owned and operated by Chef Jason in Ballard.
