Learn how to mix up drinks like the pros with this two hour, hands-on introduction to cocktail basics. Attendees will learn how to measure, shake, stir and pour drinks at their own individual work stations. Each attendee will have the opportunity to make and enjoy three cocktails, all while learning a brief history of the drinks being made. Taught by one of the country's leading cocktail professionals, and owner of Polite Provisions, Erick Castro. This class is the first in a series of Spirits Society classes that will be available to the public. All tools and ingredients will be provided. Attendees must be 21 years of age.
