You will not want to miss this one night pop-up dinner from exciting New York City chef Aaron Taber. Originally from Nevada City, Chef Taber has been received with critical acclaim for his food at Grindhaus, and was named in Zagats 30 Under 30 Rock Stars Redefining the Industry New York Chef List. His newest project is a vegetable forward wood-fired restaurant in New York, which we think is a perfect complement to the food we make at Three Forks. Join us for this one-night, multi-course, seasonally-inspired extravaganza. The menu will also feature an optional dessert course and beer flight.
"(Aaron Taber) makes the kind of earnest, fashionably austere, handsomely arranged food that is signified on menus by sans-serif lists of ingredients, with no capital letters, verbs, articles or hint of how one thing may relate to the next.
