It's about making sure we can take care of ourselves. This class will cover a general introduction to the martial art of Aikido, concepts, warm-ups and practical applications as applied to self defense.
Although Christopher was born with Spina Bifida and walks with crutches he has been a martial artist for more than 10 years. In recent years he has focused on Aikido and has also studied Aikijiujitsu, Shaolin KungFu and Shotokan Karate. He has instructed students of varying physical and mental ability. Every deserves to protect themselves. |
