This is a presentation catered towards upper management and project managers of architecture firms to help bridge the gap between "traditional architectural practice" and the BIM/REVIT process. Victor Caban-Diaz will cover how to leverage REVIT to work for your architecture firm, manage a team of drafters/modelers more efficiently, and avoid making costly mistakes that break project budgets.
Kris Lengieza will address how to pro-actively manage a BIM project to create a seamless transition between design and construction, and to assist in the cost-estimation and construction scheduling process. This seminar will provide 1.5 LU/HSW credits (Pending approval).
