FILM PRESENTATION: Star Wars: The Force Awakens will be shown in IMAX 2D on our IMAX 70mm large film projection system. The AutoNation IMAX Theater will be the only theater south of Tampa presenting Star Wars: The Force Awakens in IMAX 2D 70mm large film format.
ABOUT IMAX 2D 70mm FILM PROJECTION: Director J. J. Abrams filmed a sequence of Star Wars: The Force Awakens using IMAX film cameras. IMAX 70mm film creates the biggest, brightest, clearest images at 10 times the resolution of 35mm film. Only in an IMAX 70mm 2D film presentation will the audience be able to experience the full size of the special IMAX sequence, which will expand to fill our 60ft. x 80ft, six-story-high screen for a truly immersive experience. This giant screen experience will not happen in IMAX 3D digital presentations.

ONLINE TICKETS: Online ticket sales for each show end 24 hours before show time. After online tickets sales close, tickets may still available for sale at the box office or by phone at 954-713-0930.
TICKET DELIVERY: All tickets are to be picked up at Box Office Will Call. Valid photo I.D. required.
ADMISSION: General admission seating is provided on a first-come, first-seated basis. A valid ticket is required for admission. Sales receipts or confirmation letters will not be accepted.
HOLLYWOOD FILM TICKET PRICES: Adult/Senior $15; Child (Ages 2 - 12) $12. Matinee show tickets include Museum exhibits admission.
MILITARY PRICES: We offer military prices for active or retired military personnel. Maximum four tickets per I.D. Pease be prepared to show a valid Military I.D. upon request.
MEMBERS TICKETS: Member ticket prices are not offered online. Member tickets can always be purchased at the box office or by phone at 954-713-0930.
ADVANCE TICKETS RECOMMENDED: Please be advised that shows may sell out and admission cannot be guaranteed unless you purchase advance tickets.
ARRIVAL TIME: It is recommended that you arrive at least one hour before show time especially for blockbuster films as shows will sell out.
BACKPACKS AND LARGE BAGS: Backpacks, oversized handbags and large bags are not permitted in the IMAX theater. Management reserves the right to inspect all bags. We strongly recommend you leave your items in your car before you head to the theater.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES: Popcorn, snacks and beverages are available at the IMAX Concessions Stand. Subway, Auntie Anne's and outside food are not permitted in the IMAX Theater. |
