JAZZ-A-F!RE is a thrilling and entertaining monthly affair that features the astounding vocals of Cequita Monique with the Incredible Prime Cut Trio, Kent Suggs on Upright Bass, Audie Smith on Keys, and Andre Holman on Drums!
Each month, we will enhance this pleasurable journey by featuring a top-quality artist such as saxophonist Michael Townsend, Neo Soul Singer Tonya Dyson, Vocalist Donald Thomas, Keyboard extraordinaire Ashley K. Davis, and the Diva herself, Lar'Juanette Williams!
The Memphis Black Arts Alliance is well known for celebrating and creating platforms for Memphis artists and JAZZ-A-F!RE is no exception. If you sing, play, dance, act, recite poetry or tell stories, BYOI (Bring Your Own Instrument) take the stage and groove along with the Prime Cut Trio at the end of EVERY show!
Join us in a sizzling spring season of JAZZ-A-F!RE, held the last Sunday of every month from 4 - 7 pm at Memphis Sounds, 22 N. Third Street, Downtown Memphis, Tennessee!
Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the door.
Students with ID get 50% off admission at the door!!
