Ophira Eisenberg
Ophira Eisenberg, NPR's host of the popular and witty game show, Ask Me Another, (and frequent Moth SLAM host) will tell tales she can't do on the radio. She's spent years honing her impeccable comedic timing doing stand-up and a few years lying down in funny and not-so-funny ways she may disclose (for hints, you can sneak a peek at her riotous book, "Screw Everyone: Sleeping My Way To Monogamy.")
Adam Wade
Adam Wade is coming back to Out by 10, and he's bringing that same irresistible energy and heartbreaking humor that made him a 20-time Moth StorySLAM Champion.
If you stay up past 10, you can see him on Comedy Central's "Inside Amy Schumer." For NPR fans, you'll have heard him featured on All Things Considered, The Moth radio show and Snap Judgment. Time Out NY called him one of the best comedians around. I know you'll agree.
Wendy Suzuki
Wendy Suzuki, Ph.D. is a professional brain-lover. As a Professor of Neural Science and Psychology at NYU, she doesn't just study how our brains help us learn she weaves wonderful stories about how that three-pound organ makes us who we are. She mesmerized a recent Moth Grand SLAM audience with her story on "Saying I love You," and now she'll share it with us at Out by 10.
MUSICIANS:
Warren Malone
Warren Malone, a New York based singer/songwriter and guitarist, hails from Manchester England. He has played in bars, clubs and street corners all over England and the US. In his funny and always bittersweet songs you will hear echoes of Hank Williams, Elvis Presley, and Roy Orbison. His new album, And The Ants Ate The Bee, a dark folk nightmare, will be available after the show.
