The Nonprofit Assistance Center is offering an informative workshop for Executive Directors, Program Managers and Finance staff of nonprofits who want to see how a typical budget is planned and developed. Participants will also learn the types, advantages and uses of budgets, while gaining an understanding of the budget format for grant applications. Other topics include cost allocation, basic terminology and the budgeting process. |
