On the night I attended, an audience suggestion of "flight" prompted a sweet, subtle, and surprisingly poignant tale about a pair of newlyweds spending the holidays with the wife's alcoholic mother.The characterizations were credible, the performances understated yet assured, and the back-and-forth was blessedly free of sweat and strain.
