Tuesday nights learn beautiful tricks and transitions while getting a workout on aerial silks, aerial hammock, and aerial hoop! Class instructed by Dakoa O'Kane.
Intensive is an 8 week program that includes drop-in class plus an extra 30 minutes after to learn choreography to be performed for the student showcase at Palazzo!
PS Alternative Dance & Fitness offers adult classes specializing in everything from aerial fitness to burlesque jazz dance. Our classes are taught by elite athletes, dancers and gymnasts that are passionate about their craft. When taking our classes not only will you break a sweat, stretch and tone your body, you'll also focus on technique while working your mind and alter ego! All shapes, sizes and levels of experience are encouraged to join us in learning the "art of dance and fitness" from the best in the biz. |
