A Christmas SpecTAPular! was created by Megan McBride Moore and Allison Hill in 2013 in hopes to bring the tradition of tap dancing to the community of San Diego, Ca.
What a better time than the holidays!
Performances by Megan McBride Moore (Sarah Reich's Tap Music Project, Gregg Russell's Tap Sounds Underground), her amazing proteges and students along with some very special guests: Claudia Gomez (Cherries Jubilee, Besos de Coco), Gabe Winns from NYC (Tap Kids, Dorrance Dance), Allison Hill (Tap and Co-Director), Natalie Barone (on vocals), and live jazz music with Trio Gadjo!
You don't want to miss out on this fun event for the whole family. Dancers will be performing some routines created by Fred Astaire & Eleanor Powell, Buster Brown, and Coles & Atkins in honor of the traditions of tap.
