Coronado... It's like Toronado, but with a "C". Join us on Sunday the 26th for the latest in our series of beer brunches showcasing some of the best American breweries and local San Diego chefs. This time we're going "whole hog" with the folks from the Heart & Trotter and pairing each course with Coronado Brewing Company specialties. The menu:
Amuse Bouche- Second Chance Berliner Weisse
Pork Cheek, smoked fingerling hash, baconaisse- Port Barrel-aged Jurata Baltic Porter
Springhill Jack Pupusa w/ lump crab, orange supreme & radish- Islander IPA
A TBD entree from Mike & Phil from Cork and Craft- Blue Bridge Coffee Stout w/ Mole on cask
