KatieMade Naturally Leavened Breads Class
We'll be exploring the wild world of wild yeasts in a variety of different tasty breads in this fast-paced, hands-on class. We'll make artisan sourdough, Asiago & Onion sourdough, and Mosbolletjies, our signature South African sweet bread, all using the yeasts that naturally occur around us, and learn about how to capture, cultivate, and bake with these marvelous microbes!
You'll take home three loaves of fresh-baked bread, two different wild-yeast starters, and recipes and tips for using them to make amazing, all-natural breads.
