In this two day workshop, you will learn to make breads from start to finish using sourdough, seeded soakers, and even vegetables to make beautiful hearth-style seasonal breads.
On Saturday, the first day, you will create and learn to maintain a starter, create and shape bread dough, as well as bake and eat wood-fired flatbreads using natural leavening. A light lunch will be provided.
On Sunday, the group will take turns baking off their breads and enjoying light nibbles around the fire. Please bring appropriate clothing for the weather. No refunds.
