Sales have ended for this event.
Your support of the day worker center creates a safe place where workers and employers can meet each other to carry out work negotiations in an orderly and dignified way. On behalf of all workers, thank you for your continued support! |

Dinner and Dancers Come enjoy a fun and memorable evening together with other day worker center supporters, allies and day laborers! This year we are most excited about working with a local dance group:
Centeotl Danza y Baile is a folkloric dance group that performs traditional Mexican dances. In Aztec mythology Centeotl is the maize goddess. Centeotl was considered one of the most important deities of the Aztec era. Dancers range from age 6 to young adults. Join us and Centeotl Danza y Baile, in celebrating the culturally rich heritage of dance from Mexico.
For dinner you have an option of a homemade posole dinner (beef) with all the trimmings OR a vegetarian pupusa dinner with a fruit salad on the side. Fresh fruit waters, also homemade, will build your appetite to finish your night by enjoying a traditional churro dessert!
We look forward to seeing you again this year! And if you are joining us for the first time, you will receive a warm welcome. Nuestra casa es su casa! |
