Get ready for another round of Ignite Talks! This time the event will be twice as big with a speaker series and a party after the talks, plus 100% of ticket sales and donations will be split between Make-a-Wish and the Wisconsin MS Society. Learn some new things and then hang out and help us raise money for some good causes!
The rules for newcomers who want to speak:
***Ignite Talks***
You have 5 minutes, 20 slides, and 15 seconds per slide to tell your story. If you are approved to be a speaker, send slides to me by June 3 (one week prior to the date) and all you have to do is show up. Slides will be auto-timed to your speech, and when the time is up, your speech is up.
***PowerPoint Karaoke***
This is the easiest but the riskiest option for performing. You show up and we decide the topic and content of your slides. Your job is to make the slides behind you seem like they are part of a cohesive speech. It was a big hit last time, so we're bringing it back!
