We know you, like so many of us, have been emotionally and spiritually impacted by the tragic and unnecessary deaths of 49 members of the LGBTQ and Ally communities in Orlando. And we know that we have the power to make a difference in the face of such hate. Our communities have shown it time and time again over the last decade.
Love has always prevailed.
#NYCLovesOrlando will celebrate love, triumph over fear, and benefit the Orlando Emergency Fund at the Stonewall Community Foundation.$49 tickets for the 49 beautiful souls lost. 100% of event proceeds and 20% of bar receipts from Hudson Terrace will directly benefit the people of Orlando.
The Coalition is bringing together dozens of groups and individuals from the LGBT, Ally, anti-gun, finance, fashion, Broadway, political, and entertainment communities. Hudson Terrace is generously donating their time, space, and staff. The Stonewall Community Foundation will ensure that the funds raised go directly to those impacted by the tragedy and the organizations supporting them now, and in the weeks and months to come.
Note: Ticket sales are processed by SWISH, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. SWISH will re-grant all event proceeds to the Emergency Response Fund at Stonewall Community Foundation. |
