We're teaming up with Victor Novak of Golden Road Brewing for our 1st anniversary Beer Dinner, themed "The Dirty South." The evening will feature an exploration of Southern food by Chef Cody Storts with beer pairings by Victor, who is making beers just for this event. It's going to be an anniversary party you won't want to miss!

Strawberry Shortcake
duck confit, duck fat buttermilk biscuit, macerated strawberries, stone fruit jam
