Join us for a dining experience on our family's 105 year old fruit orchard in the agricultural rich Foothills of Placer County. Founded in 1912 by Yoshiko and Tomeo Nakae, Twin Peaks Orchards history of farming legacy in Newcastle, CA is continued to this day by the 4th and 5th generation. The evening will include dishes prepared with local, seasonal ingredients from our farm as well as other Placer Grown family farms. Guests will enjoy cocktails and small bites in the shade of the original family house, mingling with other guests and neighbors.
Dinner will be served in our historic packing shed, which is still used for hand packing and sorting our fruit daily throughout the season. Five carefully prepared courses will be wine paired. Interactive preparation of dishes will include the guests in the creative experience. The chefs include some of Sacramento and Placer Counties finest, all with a dedication and commitment to the preservation of small family farming:
