It's that time of year again! Many of you asked so here it is! The 7th Annual Vegan Thanksgiving!

Jehan Strouse will be partnering with Kitchen Renegades & Kelly LaCrosse for the 7th Annual Vegan Thanksgiving this year.

We will have a served buffet of vegan, gluten free versions of all the traditionals for hearty holiday goodness. And family style/communal dining at long tables for sharing holiday cheer!

Main
Homemade 4 Bean Field Roast
with wild rice & fresh herb stuffing and shiitake mushroom gravy.

Salad
Frille, Kale & Arugula with poached pears, spiced pecans & roasted golden beets, drizzled with Frantoia olive oil and white balsamic vinegar reduction.

Soup
Pumpkin, Butternut, Cashew & roasted garlic puree with herbed croutons & topped with microgreens.

Sides
Green Bean Casserole with creamy shiitake mushroom sauce, crispy fried shallots & dusted with espelette.

Roasted Fingerling Potatoes with carmelized pearl onions & fresh herbs.

Roasted Spaghetti Squash with herb butter & truffle salt.

Homemade Cranberry Sauce with vanilla & citrus.

Desserts
Sweet Potato & Pistachio Dumplings in a sauce of satsuma, maple & coconut palm sugar.

Girls Gone Vegan Holiday Pie

Tickets prices will be ...

$30 (includes meal plus choice of 1 spiced non-alcoholic nog or 1 glass of wine).

$40 (includes the same as above plus 2 additional glasses of wine).

Additional glasses of wine may be purchased at event for $6

Additional vegan nog $3

Tickets will be available for either a 12pm seating or a 3pm seating. Only 40 tickets for each and likely to sell out.

A portion of the proceeds will go to help the Humane Society of Louisiana in their recovery from the recent fire at their sanctuary. We will also be accepting donations of pet supplies for them at the event.
