A story of Freaks & Geeks meets David Fincher.
90s dead-end Arizona. A serial killer in suburbia on the prowl for blonde cheerleaders. Cute blondes are disappearing from her strip mall-covered suburban town, but fourteen-year-old Panny is more concerned with surviving adolescence and her dysfunctional family. Her agoraphobic mom wants her to get plastic surgery. Her friends leave her behind for sex and parties. Panny meets a boy. In this desert city, love blooms, but nothing goes as planned.
