Our 1st Inaugural dinner will be held at Crane and Spain in Washington, DC in the cozy Petworth neighborhood. Your arrival will begin with a refreshing opening cocktail by Carlie Steiner of Stir DC(formerly of Jose Andres' Barmini), move to a six-course meal prepared by Chef Makoto Hamamura. Chantal Tseng(of Mockingbird Hill) will be pairing delicious sherries from Gonzalez Byass with each exquisitely prepared dish. The evening will be filled with fun, some imparted but not bookish knowledge, wonderful conversation with like-minded sherry enthusiasts and wine lovers. We look forward to seeing you in flight soon. |
