ROCKERS! It's time to light the candles. Dean Delray and Brian Redban are coming back to Toronto with a vengeance! This time they will be back at The Big Picture Cinema for an event that will be the first of it's kind. High On Trees Presents THE ROCK & ROLL CIRCUS. Join us as we enjoy and evening with two of LA's comics who are making waves in the stand up comedy scene. On this very special evening we will be enjoying live music, burlesque, stand up comedy... ALL followed by a live recording of LET THERE BE TALK, Dean Delrays widely adored podcast. There will be local talent as guests as well as a Q & A session for anyone in the audience. With an array of entertainment like this it's no question that it'll be a CIRCUS!!!
Dean Delray:
Take one of the rock star comics of old, drop 'em in today's cluttered world of over-sharing and passive aggressive glad handing, then watch the sparks fly. DEAN DELRAY draws upon a life heavy metal and Harleys that began in the Bay Area thrash scene that birthed bands like Metallica and Exodus. Dean endured the ups-and-downs of music industry buffoonery before eventually landing onstage in America's toughest and most rewarding comedy clubs.
Dean's no-holds-barred and hard-livin' perspective has been featured on "WTF with Marc Maron," "Mohr Stories," "You Made it Weird" and his own weekly podcast, "Let There Be Talk," on the All Things Comedy network.
Dean's "Let There Be Talk" is full of raw, unfiltered, off-the-cuff conversations and deep insights with a diverse mix of engaging personalities from the worlds of music, film, TV, comedy and more.
Brian Redban:
Comedian, Producer and co-host of the Joe Rogan Experience Podcast and co-founder of the Deathsquad podcast network. Brian Reichle A.K.A. Redban was born August 4th, 1974 and grew up in Columbus, Ohio. As a youth, he played with computers and video games. He worked at a Gateway Computer Store and made internet videos. Joe Rogan saw one of these videos and offered Redban the chance to be his personal videographer, so he moved to California in 2004 to work full time. Got the job the same week Gateway closed all their retail stores.
Filmed and edited the Carlos Mencia vs. Joe Rogan video which gained a lot of attention in the comedy world. Started doing viral videos and co-created "DEATHSQUAD" in 2006.
In 2009 created the Joe Rogan Experience Podcast with Comedian Joe Rogan. After the success of the Joe Rogan Experience he began hosting several podcasts under the Deathsquad podcast network. In addition to being the producer of the show, Redban is also an intricate piece of the shows charm and comedy splendor. Well know for his train-wreck comments, ridiculous ideas, and gross tales of cumming in hotel rooms, also known as spiderman'ing.
He is the most loveable goofball you will ever encounter. Brian has also become a comedian along the way opening for Joe Rogan and other comedians, and is known for his disgusting, nasty, and pornographic jokes.
