Please join us at 6pm on Friday, May 29th for an unforgettable experience in food. A six course tasting menu featuring foods from the forests and fields of upstate New York. Food will be prepared by Chef Josh Coletto, dessert by Chef Susan Dunckel. Many foods will be foraged by wilderness educator Cait Denny.
Wine Pairings presented by Shiraz Noor (Jean Georges, Blue Hill, Eleven Madison Park).
Seating will be communal and is limited to 18 guests. A sample menu is as follows, but it is subject to change based on what is growing.
